Elek is seeking candidates for SALE EXECUTIVE who can do these missions:
- Collect, aggregate customer information
- Contact and create relationship with client
- Approach and get projects
- Allocate and introduce project team
- Well arrange with elek related teams to make sure project run smoothly and client satisfaction
- Customer service: adapting client needs, think about events.
- Professional cooperation to create trust and long-term relationship with client
- Forecast and well prepare for any customer issues – solution
- Weekly reporting & briefing on progress, development and target achievement to the AM/GM
- Willing to learn about project process and customer service process,issues_solutions
- Communication skills: English & Vietnamese Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organization & coordination skills Pro-active behavior
- Confidence & keep calm
- Perseverance Sales skills & negotiation
- Rigorous on reporting key information and progress
